I'm playing Fallout 3 with all expansions loaded. The game allows me to level up to L. 30 (of course, it always shows level 20, but in the Misc. section of my pack it gives the real level). However, when I level up above L. 20, the extra perks at the end of the list (which need >20 to work) stay greyed out. Any ideas?
