My level progress meter red bar is stuck and does not increase. No matter how much combat I do it won't move. Before this happened I had a situation where the levelling went sort of haywire and very soon after levelling up it would level up again. I am now level 37. I think this may be mod related. My suspicion is that it may be related to the Druid mod which awards spells retroactively depending on your level. I have disabled the mod bit it has not helped. Can someone suggest a solution? Thanks for all help.

This sometimes happens when mods alter skills. the game tracks 'experience' for a skill separately it seems. Sometimes, if a skill is bumped a couple points, this happens, and you have to accumulate enough 'uses' of the skill, for it to normalize again.

You could try getting a point of training in the skills in question, and see if that won't 'update' things.
