Level scaling and other console-gamers option toggleable set

Post » Mon Oct 11, 2010 4:49 am

Please-please make it possible to turn this kind of crap off - switch in options or no level scaling on harder difficulties would be great. I do know that you need to cater for console-gamers, who can't hack their way out of wet paper bag even on a good day, but this is no reason to punish the rest of us.

Yeah and I want the option to remove all combat from the game.
Please make it so Bethesda!

Is this another trolling thread to cause yet another console - PC argument??

There has always been level scaling. Morrowind had it, Daggerfall had it. No one complained about it back then.

I oppose level-scaling as much as the next guy, but there's been millions of threads about that already. Also, I'm offended.

I don't think he realizes that lvl-scaling was a fix to things becoming to easy, not because things were too hard.

Impossible.

Well, not impossible, but so much trouble that it wouldn't be worth it. They would have to place everything in the game twice.

Fixed that for ya. Level-scaling doesn't make any game hard, it just makes it so you have to click more.

Flamebaiting and console bashing in the OP gets this closed.

If you want to discuss level scaling there are other topics already open.
