Let's get down to business. The two things I wanted to address with this thread were as follows...
- The 'Improved' Crime System
- The
AccursedLevel Scaling
Now I'm feeling a little bit of trepidation in regards to this new and improved crime system. Whilst I'm incredibly happy that they're revamping it show there aren't anymore psychic guards (oh so aptly named), it makes me wonder. Is the crime system actually that different? I've heard snippets about bounty-hunters and other wonderful extras - but is this whole holds idea truly different? I'm of the understanding that each area, tribe, hold - whatever you want to call it - has it's own bounty; so what I'm confused about is this. Is it still the same system? Psychic guards, but instead of all over the Province, only in the individual areas? That would aggravate me, I don't know about you.
And on to the next topic, level-scaling. It was in oblivion, and I *think* that the general consensus was hatred for it. It forced me to power-level my characters before so much as doing quests! Really, quite painful. I understand that now not all areas or dungeons will set themselves to your level - though once a dungeon is affixed to your level, it will remain that level - but my question is primarily about the 'loot.' More specifically, the loot from quests. Will they scale? Will some but not all? Personally; I HATE it when quest rewards scale, it drives me absolutely insane.
So essentially what I'm asking is, does anyone have any remotely definite information on those two topics?
Thanks in advance!
