I reached a level 32 and the game will not level up to 33. No Mods.

Am playing on a PS3 disk.

Any mods installed?

Did you happen to port your character to the PC, make some changes, then bring it back to the Playstation?

Never heard of this...dumb question but you're not using a skill you already have at 100 are you?

The basics: experience levels up the skills, then a number of skill level-ups raises the character level. If you can't raise skill levels because you're not using them, or they've hit the 100 cap, then your character level won't move. You can raise character level by using a different skill (e.g. archery instead of two-handed), or by uncapping your skill by making it legendary.
