I miss the damn punching from the previous games. It was fun to run around and punch ppl :D

Max speed to them, Max strength then punch, then Max speed and run away :P

All wrong. In most cases silencers reduce min damage and on the SCARAB and Grendel reduce max damage also.

As for the SCARAB well.. its just a slightly weaker version of the SCAR that can use a silencer.. but if you are using a silencer why not just use the Feline?

The SCARAB isnt weaker to the point where you cant have a great game with it but honestly.. its not better than the SCAR.

Scar, Scarab, Feline are all good, but each have something thats their forte.

Scar is more Long/Med range

Feline is more Short/Med range

Scarab is mostly Med, but can do Long/Short well too. It fits my gameplay better than the Scar/Feline + i like the Silencer.

I think the scarab's rate of fire is a little bit better than the scar. And just like what fuzz said, the gun seems to fit my play style more so then the scar did, so I like it, no need to say I don't know how to use the scar...

The SCARAB does nothing better than the SCAR though besides the ability to use a silencer. But as I said if you want short range you might as well be using the Feline.

The SCARABS rate of fire is higher but its damage is considerably lower than the SCAR. The end result is that the SCARAB uses more ammo to kill, has less lethal headshots and is a slower killer at range. The SCARAB doesnt even give the player higher move speed or better ADS accuracy.

What does 2 boxes in the stats equate to in terms of damage percentage?

Either way my opinion on the mater is the same due to personal experience. While i probably would be using the SCAR if it had a silencer option, it doesnt, so the SCARAB is better for my needs

edit: the RoF makes up for the damage reduction when compared to the SCAR (not at long range though)

The in-game bars are only a vague represention of a weapons statistics and in most cases are incorrect.

The SCAR deals 30-25 damage at 700RPM
The SCARAB deals 24-20 damage at 900RPM
The silenced SCARAB deals 23-18 damage at 900RPM
The Feline deals 20-15 damage at 1200RPM
The silenced Feline deals 20-13 damage at 1200RPM

So essentially the SCAR does 8% more damage than the SCARAB, but the SCARAB shoots 8% faster than the SCAR? Seems like they even each other out

Dont know if i did my math correctly on that. LOL!

silenced weapons are better.. as for myself.. as soon as I see a red dot on my radar, I'll hunt that dot, and I guess other players do this as well..

BUT the biggest beast in MP is JAW.. spawn, cloak, go for high ground, see enemy, JAW, frag..

Especially while playing free for all, silencer does make a huge difference. Even tho the scarab plays a lil bit more like spray and pray sometimes, i learned to deal with it and somehow love the weapon. Just don't expect it to work for longer distance kills, like the scar does.

Agreed. K-volt svcks, it's cool, but it svcks. LOl.

I love the FELINE!!!

I'm like lvl 33 or 34...

Feline is still my main class. With a Marshall in another class for soem fun, especially when playing Pro mode. I also have a Scarab Class, definately don't use it as much as feline though. Man I love my Feline.
