The scarab is a freaking beast. I love it.

The Majestic too.
Although you have to really make the shots count.

Why a silencer? It just decreases the damage but doesn't put you on the enemy's map but does it really make a difference? And Hologram Decoy FTW

Everyone keeps saying it reduces damage, but i dont see any damage reduction on the stats when i apply it (or maybe im just blind). I use it because it allows me to kill people without my dot popping up on the map, which allows me to run around more freely.

If ur looking on the stats page u should notice, it doesn't decrease damage, it decreases mobility. Which makes sense, since ur carrying a gun that now has an additional piece of metal so it's gonna be heavier.

You need a stealth approach from the back to get the cut throat..

But I've triggered it running full speed past someone as I hit the melee key. And it's failed many times when I crouched behind someone. Seems like there's no guarantee I'll pull it off simply using stealth crouch.

The K-vote has so much spread it's rediculous, it's only for maps like Impact, City Hall, etc. Even then, whenever I go on a 1 on 1 with someone with my new and improved Scarab they can't take me cause of the weapons spread.

for thos maps there is x43 mike or whatever it was.. it just makes your kvolt totally obsolete.. it makes every other close range weapon obsolete tbh

Long story short, silencers increase the rate at which weapons lose damage over distance.
So you aren't going to notice large differences... unless you like to snipe with a silenced feline.

My favorite weapons:
Grendel - veeeeeeery slow and no full auto mode but super accurate, low recoil and high damage. I was once playing with a hacker (probably) on the map Lighthouse and he head-shotted me twice... then I HSed him with my Grendel. Trollface. Period.

JAW + level II Side Pack - One JAW is awesome. Two JAWs are total overkill.

the muzzle flash is out of control even with silencer and the Feline beats the SCARAB l0l

All wrong. In most cases silencers reduce min damage and on the SCARAB and Grendel reduce max damage also.

As for the SCARAB well.. its just a slightly weaker version of the SCAR that can use a silencer.. but if you are using a silencer why not just use the Feline?

The SCARAB isnt weaker to the point where you cant have a great game with it but honestly.. its not better than the SCAR.
