Level 35

Post » Thu Jan 29, 2009 9:52 pm

I just beat Hoover Damn but it won't let me continue on. I have the DLC and should be able to get to level 35, but as soon as I beat the Damn the credits roll and it sends me back to the title screen. What am I doing wrong so that I can keep playing the game?

Finished means finished after the final quest that's it, it doesn't matter if you are level 15 or trying to reach level 35 the end is the end.

Thanks that's all I wanted to know. I wasn't sure if you could continue after the damn or if you had to do it all before the damn.

Do you have trouble reading large boxes containing text that only goes away once you click saying you understand the effects of what the big box is about?

Judging by the amount of people who seem to miss it, it must be a skill that was lost when the bombs fell!!

yeah, except that it doesn't that the game will end, it just says that you are reaching the end of the main quest. It does not say any where in that warning that the game play ends.

This tone is uncalled for and certainly does not represent the majority of our members who are helpful, courteous and respectful.

Here is the actual dialog http://www.pbase.com/ewaldorph/image/131935186/large

I agree it is not definitive. However "Point of no return" means exactly what it says.

It appears as if there is no interest in changing it at the present—although I and I am sure others have made suggestions. I believe the number of people who misunderstand this warning is indicative enough that it is not clear enough.

Point taken. From now on, warnings should be blantantly obvious.
