Right i'm actually confused so your asking is there anything to do in FALLOUT 3 when you're level 6 how's about you stop sounding so boring and go explore it's not been classed by millions as on of the largest games ever created for nothing.

Go search new places beat the main quest and forget about only having 6 stims and you can do anything on that game man all you need to do is put in the effort.

I've beaten game too many times main quest is boring i don't really feel like doing DLC's due to no radio (which really is like 20% of the game)

id go exploring but i don't feel my character is ready for the majority of the "dungeons?" out there

If you have beaten the game numerous times as you say then you shouldn't be asking where to go exploring. And there really aren't "dungeons" in this game. At level 6, you can do a lot depending on your major skills and playing experience. A tip though, the really dangerous part of this game is the DC area, as that's where the Super Mutants are. So other than there, you should be fine. If you find the game to be too challenging try turning the difficulty down. You can still get to the level cap and have an enjoyable experience on "Very Easy", trust me.

Hope this helped.

i just want to do something different than what the NPC's tell me to do but I also dont want to end up stuck in a hole with no way to get out due to having run out of stim packs and being pinned down by gun fire

My only advice to you is just start running in a random direction and see where you end up! Save often and you should be fine.

Stop whining about not having something to do and DO something. I spend a lot of time collecting Pre-War money, chinese memorabilia, and various Pre-War clothes and items for my fancy Megaton Home. There's plenty to do if you don't try. Just go off in a random direction and explore.

Why are you asking what to do if you have beat the game several times? You know as much about it as we do.

If you want more Stimpacks, find some busted Power Armor from Crow or some such place, and then trade it to that Outcast guy at Fort Independence. He'll give you gobs of them.
