Leveled items in the Dark Brotherhood? : V

I'm level 36 on my mage assassin and have barely done any quests, is it ok to start the dark brotherhood to obtain the highest versions of items?

All rewards in the Dark Brotherhood are of one set level, there are no leveled rewards. You're good to go whenever you're ready.
