I have had this problem befor, I make a leveled list, and i make shure that the Chance none is set to zero and that Calculate form all levels <= pc level is checked and that the calculate for all items in count is cheked, but when i go to try it in game, no creatures are spawned!!!! I have even made shure that the levels are set correctly. Can anybody help me?

It sounds like you've set it right but without more details it's difficult to give you more advice.

But taking a wild guess, I would say you probably haven't enabled your esp in-game. You might want to start oblivion, click data files and make sure your esp is highlighted. Then simply load your game and see if your levelled list shows up.
