I understand that the leveling system will be similar to Fallout 3 in Skyrim, but will the item leveling be like Oblivion so no matter where you went, the armor/weapons that you got was at your level? Or will it be more similar to Morrowind where I could just go to Dren Plantation and get the Daedric-Dai Katana?
