Leveling up, stuck on lev 20 : Fallout 3

I was wondering why I'm not leveling up from Neutral, Good, and Bad Karma level 20. Come reason I'm stuck and not getting anymore exp. Do I need some sort DLC so I can start leveling again? I really want to level up to lev 30. Btw. its for PS3.

Do you have Broken Steel installed? If not than you need to download it to keep leveling up.

Oh ok, thanks. Yeah I don't have BS DLC yet. I guess I need it then.

with broken steel added, the max level is 30. so plan ahead.

We do get keep all our guns and armor while playing broken steel? Because I really like use them there. hehe

Yes, all your gear is still there after you install Broken Steel.

I've got BS downloaded, but I'm not getting any new level titles. I guess I'm stuck being the Last Best Hope of Humanity for awhile...
