Leveling 5/5/1

Post » Fri Apr 08, 2011 9:05 am

Hi, I'm leveling 5/5/1 on my new character. So far I'm level 12 and doing strength and endurance first, which is almost maxed. I've been avoiding security and armorer up until now, and I have a question about it. If I max endurance by heavy armor, will it be okay to max armorer without any problems? (Armorer is a minor) Or will I need that minor skill to level up or something. I just need 10 majors to level up right? Sorry, I know I should know this by now, but I just don't want to mess anything up. That goes with security too, if I max agility by doing marksman and sneak, will it be okay to max security if it's a minor?

Not exactly sure what you're asking, but so long as you get in 10 skill increases with the corresponding governing attribute before/ or at the same time you get in your 10 major skill increases, there should be no problem. Once you've maxed out the governing attribute to 100, it should be okay to increase the corresponding skill to your hearts content unless they are majors. Of course if they are majors, then you just have to worry about getting +10 skill increases before your character levels up, to get the +5 for the corresponding governing attribute.

Okay, that answers it. Thanks! What I meant was the second part of your answer. Like if I have Blunt as a major and max strength, is it okay if I max blade and hand to hand afterwords.
