Leveling too fast

I would like to have leveling every 20 skill ups.. Maybe even every 30.

It just levels too fast for my liking.. Especially when grinding up smithing or alchemy or enchant.

Is there a gmst to do this?

With http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/1175/? you can tweak it however you want. Requires SKSE.
