First thing, i entered a redeem code for the limited edition - It worked!

So now i'm level 5 with the freebies. I then go in-game and the preset says it is locked because i have to be level 5?

Then my level resets to level 1. Played for 5 games, got to level 3. Got DCed, played again, and now i'm back to level 1?

So then i relogged, so now i'm back to level 5 with the presets. Played the game, i'm level 1 again with everything locked.
