I can't captivate a subject on a spell "levitation". Enchanting occurs but it is impossible to fly by this subject. I enchanting "common pants" on "levitation" by help of "Dabienne Mornardl" in Sadrith Mora, Wolverin hall: Mage's Guild usual.

Erm... I assume you enchanted some pants with levitation? It is hard to understand what your problem is exactly, but I think you enchanted the pants with a 'Cast on Use' Enchantment instead of a 'Constant Effect' enchantment.

This means that simply wearing the pants is not enough to levitate, but that you need to manually activate the enchantment as well.
