Leyawiin

Post » Mon Jun 28, 2010 10:28 am

I have always played pretty lawful good characters.

My new character, Niles Dubose, is a pissed off Dark Elf with a bad-ass Glass Battle Axe and a case of the 'cat-scratch fever!'

I am ready to go on a rampage the likes of which Cyrodiil (in my time there) has never seen!

Convince me to NOT destroy Leyawiin! Possibly name another location that SHALL DIE!!!! or, convince me to STOP THE CARNAGE before it even begins!

Thanks. :)

But that would require effort!!!

Why not just kill the small farms, and then work your way up the city. INSTILL THE FEAR INTO THOSE CIVILIANS! MAKE THEM FEEL THAT YOU'RE COMING FOR THEM NEXT!

Either that or just killing Leyawiin, full of racists anyway.

Ravage Leyawiin, watch it descend into hysteria... that is, assuming you cannot handle the Imperial City :whistling:

Remember to do Sanguine's quest, and Azhardji's Heirloom for the Thieves' Guild first, then the Countess can be killed too, and we all know she deserves it.

Or use the 'setessential' console command.
Kill 'em all. She be fun. Maybe go on a rampage to the north, taking one city at a time (Leyawiin, Bravil, Anvil, Skingrad, Chorrol, Imperial City, Cheydinhal and finally Bruma).

Oblivion: Making murder fun since 2006

Layawiin's as good a place to start as any. Do me a favor and do Cheydinhal next. I find many of the people there to be insufferable.

Convince you not to go on a killing rampage?

Heh, it's your game.

I find however that there are too few NPCs in the game as is without reducing their numbers. I tend to play the same character for an absurdly long time, so more than a very few very carefully considered murders would result in a lonely Cyrodiil. Just my two septims. I know soldiers, guards, couriers etc respawn, but my character never has a qualm with them.

You shouldn't destroy Leyawiin because... ummm.... ahhh...... let me think about that a bit.

...because Bravil needs a city that makes it feel better about itself?

Ahem. Seriously though, OP: it's your game. Do what you want!

You really need to play the "Elsweyr-Deserts of Anequina" mod. You could rampage an entire province instead of an entire city :)

Update-

I appreciate all of the tips. Wood Elf hunting sounds very interesting.....

I actually decided to rampage Anvil. I came back into town from a long trip with loads of gear to store in Benirus Manor, and I saw the same homeless guy that wanders around the Prophet- but he was on my porch!

I got very irate, and shot him with my new bow and arrow. Then, the guards came running and I cleared them out, but as I was polishing off the last of the bystanders, and heading for Morvayn;s Peacemakers................my game froze.

I decided that this was a divine intervention from the Nine that was telling me to stop my evil ways! Tonight......I fest on the souls of the Dark Brotherhood victims!

This will be my first time through the DB quests.

Wish me luck...............................
