Licensing Fallout

I imagine that it's possible for gamesas to get a license to develop a Fallout game such as the original plan with Bethesda and the current deal with Obsidian. Would you guys ever consider doing this? Is it completely outside of your budget? I have no idea how much it costs to license a game or how much Fallout would be or how it would even work with the contract. Maybe you guys could get a deal to make the old Van Buren game. I'd love the chance to play an original isometric sprite Fallout once again.

It would be cool if Bethesda did a partnership with gamesas and made games every other year like how Infinity Ward and Treyarch did Call of Duty.

gamesas only has the rights to make a non singleplayer Fallout game, in other words, only an MMO but even that might change depending on the outcome of the lawsuit.

Bethesda owns the fallout license and I don't see them making a deal with gamesas to make a game for them cause of there lawsuit. Image
