I read the readme that came with the lichcraft mod. The readme told
me to look for a book about necromancy in the library of vivec.
I looked but I couldn't find it. does anyone know specifically
where the book is?

vivec, halls of justice secret library. its on a shelf in there. just poke around and i think you get an entry when you are close
