*There is an OOC thread for a reason so no OOC in the IC at all.
*No one is allowed to control any of the NPCs, any other citizen in the town is open for virtually anything and you can create your own side characters. If you want to talk to one of the NPCs you can start a conversation and then one me or one of the mods will respond to your post as the NPC.

Life in Megaton IC #1
DAY 1 (January 1st 2300)
Ian Osiris
“Dude… Dude… Wake up…” spoke Mike as he gently shook Ian, “seriously dude, get up… We need to do that [censored] for Moriarty…” Ian reluctantly got up after being reminded that he was indeed supposed to do something for Moriarty today.
“Yeah, that’s right… We got to talk to the owner of the casino” said Ian.
“I’m glad you’ve clued in, you want to take some jet before we leave, it’s the [censored] New Year man let’s keep the party from last night going!”
“Nah man I am good, I won’t be partying again for a while man, and you won’t be either, do you hear me Mike? Business is the most important thing in a Cobras life, it comes before everything else, everything. Remember that my friend, remember it.”
“Wow man, way to kill the buzz. Let’s just get this [censored] done.”

With that Ian and Mike were out the door and were on their way to the Springvale School, both Ian and Mike knew the owner of the casino’s name but neither of them could care to remember it, until Moriarty showed interest in it, it was nothing to the Cobras. When the two arrived at the casino they saw that it wasn’t even finished building.

“What the hell? Moriarty wants a place that hasn’t even been built yet? I don’t get this.”
“Yeah, I’d say it’s pretty weird too Ian, oh well though, let’s just go and talk to this guy maybe it’ll make more sense after that.”
“Good point, let’s get on it.”
“Hello sir. I am Adam Copeland; I’m an associate of Colin Moriarty, owner of the Saloon in Megaton. Moriarty is interested in purchasing the casino from you, he’s willing to pay five thousand caps for it and split the profits fifty, fifty. Moriarty will also ensure the casino is built by the end of the month. I insist you accept this offer sir, it is in your best interest.”
