My life is ruined.

Post » Sun Oct 16, 2011 5:52 pm

My name is Zombra and my whole life has led up to this moment - only to have all meaning and justice in the universe ripped away like rotting brown paper.

I applied with my boss to take a 3-day weekend on 11-11, 11-12, and 11-13. (Normally I work weekends.) He said it should be no problem.

Shortly thereafter, I find out that a coworker of mine has already requested that week off to go see his stupid family.

NOT ONLY can I not have the weekend off, I am going to have to work EXTRA to cover my friend's vacation.

Truly, this is the end. It's been nice knowing you all. *reaches for bottle of acid*

That's the beauty of a video game,..... it starts when you turn it on, it stops when you turn it off. Its not like you'll be missing anything, it will all be there when you come back to it. You may even enjoy it more, as you will have spent an extra few days anticipating it...

Same thing I was thinking.

Surly you are not working 24/7 and can squeeze in some Skyrim time in between your days off of work/after work. (waiting for excuses)

I advise against ^, though the thought is entertaining.

I think we're ALL thinking this...

And @ Negeator... That's horrible. Faking a sick day is so... Dishonest, childish, and shows lack of character.
