4.) Keep the amount of OOC chat in RP and Story threads to a bare minimum. If we feel that an RP thread has gotten off topic or spammy it will be locked.

I'm not wasting a post on my feelings when it won't forward the story at all. Swift needs to respond to Broken-Scale who took him out of the room to have a private conversation, so that they can come back and we can get down to business. Honestly, that's the only way things are going to get moving. I don't think it's necessary for anyone but Swift to post right now because once he posts, Broken-Scale can respond and get back to us or whatever he planned on doing with Gold-HEart when he took him out of the main room.

Alright, I PM'ed Swift-Blade my character sheet, and he approved it, so he told me to post the sheet here and a make a OP in the actual RP thread.

But, before I jump into the action, can someone give me a rundown of how the story's progressed so far, where the other character's are, and what's going on in general? Thanks,

Character Sheet:

Name: Danteus

Gender: Male

Race: Imperial

Age: 26 (Born 3E 412)

Appearance: Messy, Jet-Black ear-length hair. Good facial structure, about the skin tone as the default character in the Oblivion character creation tutorial. No scars, no freckles, clear complexion. No real identifying marks.

Class: A scholar/ warrior-mage cross. His magic is equal with his blade.

Lifestyle: Often found studying in various libraries on a wide variety of subjects. Has no real friends. His dream is to be allowed to visit the Imperial Library. Very average lifestyle, however, Danteus takes extreme pride in his knowledge.

Equipment: Always carries a copy of "The Book of Daedra", as Daedra Princes are one of his facored subjects, a near perfect condition steel shortsword, as he rarely is found in combat, but has had much training from the local blacksmith. Nothing else notable.

Starting location: Daggerfall, High Rock Province

Background: He was born in Blacklight, Morrowind Province, but in 3E 427, after Dagoth Ur is defeated in Vvardenfell, and trouble with the Tribunal starts, Danteus' (now 15) father and mother are murdered by religious heretics hoping for the end of the Tribunal. He escaped the town one of the following nights, and made his way to Windhelm of Skyrim. From there he made his way north to Winterhold. From Blacklight to Winterhold took him 2 weeks. He stayed there for 2 years earning up enough Septims to buy passage to Daggerfall. Finally in the year 429, he sailed to Daggerfall, where he has studied and trained under a local blacksmith for 4 years, until the blacksmith left to fight in the Oblivion Crisis, and died in the sacking of Kvatch. For 5 years Danteus studied in the library of Daggerfall, often helping others by repairing and forging items. Then, in 4E 4, with news of the violence between the Orcs, Bretons and Redguards spreading across the countryside, Danteus prepares to leave Daggerfall, perhaps High Rock altogether, to avoid the inevitable war.

Personality: Very smart, often naive. Not cocky, arrogant is more of the word. He rarely thinks before he speaks, but he thinks that because of his knowledge he has the right to do so.

Basically the haps is, mostly everyone is in the mages guild, an attempt has been made on the countesses life, most people are looking for some adventure and Maximus is suspicious.

So everyone is in the Bruma area? Bruma is pretty far from Daggerfall... Hmm... I have an idea: I could post on Danteus' travels from Daggerfall to Chorrol, and have that basically occur before the actual "start" of the RP, so that by the time he is in Chorrol, he's only one city away when the current events are happening... Like a prologue, of sorts. Is that ok? Because it would be very hard to have a character halfway across the continent from everyone else.

(P.S. I'm going to change it so it only takes 2 weeks in Danteus' background to get from Blacklight to Winterhold, it would be very hard to believe he travelled that slow then when it will only take 2-3 months to travel from Daggerfall to Chorrol.)

Gender: Male

Race: Khajiit

Age: 37

Appearance: Mainly yellow fur, almost orange. White around feet and nose, although this is usually covered by dirt from his blacksmithing. Random black spots cover entire body. Has a scar on right hand because of a accident when apprenticing as a Blacksmith. He has particularly unruly hair but is usually well groomed.

Class: Blacksmith

Lifestyle: Ja'Harhn grew up away from other people of his race, he tends to act more like a human than a Khajiit. He never really accepted becoming one of them, this is one of the other reasons he came to Bruma. He will do his work but will rarely try to do it to a higher standard unless it is for a good cause or good friend.

Equipment: He carries a belt with various tool for maintaining armor, leaving the bigger tools in a safe place such as a locked cupboard. He also carries a hidden steel knife coated with posion that was given to him as a gift from the blacksmith he had been apprenticing with for many years. He also carries a small knife for carving.

Starting location: A village near Bruma.

Background: He didn't have a very good time growing up, because he was the only Khajiit in the village. Parents often told their children to stay away from him because of his beast-like appearance. He spends most of his time making and selling armor or climbing to high places to observe the land. He enjoys anything to do with crafting and will often be carving into a piece of wood

Personality: Very shy, he tends to stay away from public places but will go to the occansional tavern for a drink and a meal. He is friendly but he will not actively seek to make friends.
