Lifespan of the sentient species

What's the average lifespan like?

I assume that the Elves live relatively very long, but about how many hundreds of years on average?
Human species in the ES probably have a similar lifespan as us,

But what about the beast species? Khajit and Argonians. I'm personally a big fan of them so I'm curious about what their lifespan is like. If you give an estimate please say what you are basing it on.

Maybe the Argonians also have a large lifespan cause they're cold-blooded reptiles like the crocodiles who can also have a longer lifespan than humans (but not too much longer, i think). With this combined with human-like intelligence and being adapted to modern life could mean that they get far older than humans.

But what about the Khajit? I doubt that they only live for like 20 years, which would be old for any catlike species in our world I think.

And the Orcs? I have no clue about them.

Elves: Hundreds of years, depending on living conditions (Dunmer nobles live for 300+ years, peasants for about 150-200ish, if I remember right); Altmer > Dunmer > Bosmer (I would assume, solely based off of Altmer stereotypes)

Humans: Less than a century

Khajiit: I would imagine, being theoretical off-shoots of elves, they'd be somewhere between humans and elves; what "breed" the Khajiit is probably has a HUGE influence on it, like with everything else

Argonians: They're warm-blooded (so far as we've seen), so I would imagine they'd be comparable to humans. I hate to say it, but I will- They live as long as the Hist want them to.

Orcs: The shortest of all the races, lucky to reach 60 or 70 at most.

There are exceptions, and I might be wrong about a couple of them. Also, remember that being a wizard is basically a free ticket to longer natural life-span.

And being a warrior is ussually a free ticket to a shorter life span, am I right?

Ah. Glad this popped up again. I recall that the Altmer had their hero-god-wizard-guy Phynaster. Taught them to take shorter steps and live another hundred years (Varieties of Faith, i think?).

Then recently, I read an article on proper running form. Some people, or lots, make too-large of a stride.
Running.
Shorter steps.
Aerobics.
Lol health.

This is a very minor spoiler, but Skyrim indicates that Orcs remarkably short lifespan may be largely due to their culture. You can come across old Orcs who say, basically, "I'm too old to ever have a shot at becoming chieftain, therefor, I want to die." Perhaps Orcs just choose to skip the post-peak part of their life, putting them on par with humanity for natural lifespan.
