uuhh, revolvers have a significant drop in stopping power due to semi-open brach (space between cylinder and barrel) and really only barrel length will determine accuracy, for equal barrel length the pistol is superior due to closed breach and recoil reduction with moving slide

In video games, Revolvers tend to be the slowest, most powerful handguns, with a fair amount of accuracy and high recoil. Machine pistols tend to have the fastest ROF, with low damage, low to fair accuracy and moderate to high recoil.
