Light to heavy armor

Post » Tue Jun 04, 2013 8:28 pm

Since I got 100 sneak I've been bored with light armor. I just recently got the ebony mail so i want to switch to heavy armor. I didn't perk into light armor at all so does anyone think this will be a rough transition or will I even notice the difference.

Just use the Steed Stone so your heavy armor will not jingle.

If you reach 70 in Heavy Armor you can pick a perk where it won't weigh anything at all.

I personally prefer Heavy or Light. It looks much better.

Aye. even though the Steed stone is great and I have the perks, I forgot about the Jingling of the Armor. Oh how I miss the sound of it rattling. Makes my adventures more fun.

It would be cool if they could bring back Medium Amor, but make sure it's balanced, to where it differentaites itself from Light and Heavy.

But then they would have to remove the armor cap right? Because light armor can reach the armor cap just as heavy could.

Why not an Armor Cap for Each class of armor?

That would be better. A specific numerical cap for each catergory of Armor. Perfect.

This, and it's just far more helpful in open engagements. Heavy armor makes me feel like a Knight, especially when I'm fighting dragons.

That would be so nice. They should of had something like that to begin with, but perhaps there should be a cap for every set of armor, not just the category that the armor/weapon is in.

There is medium armor unofficial like... kind of. Mix matching Light and Heavy with the right perks in both trees, It's an expensive option with no benefits over dedicating to one type. But it's there.
