Lighting mod, anyone know it?

Post » Wed Feb 09, 2011 1:26 am

I had seen a mod that I cannot recall its name. It was something about adding to the way light in FO3 worked. Like how player character can stand behind a tree and the the sunlight will show beams of light but shadow the player similar to how real light works. Hard to explain myself....I'm not sure if it was a completed mod or what. It was months ago and now I cannot find it over at the nexus =/

Maybe Povu may know what I'm talking about. Because it was similar to MGE lighting effects and all that.

If no one knows. No big deal. But it'll bother me until I remember it lol

Ask him to post this. It would be like MGE for Morrowind 0_0

So his idea of sunshafts and lighting are just throwing ridiculous amounts of bloom everywhere?

I think that Oblivion's sunshafts shader from OBGE had that too, and it does look a bit weird. Especially if you're used to Morrowind's, http://www.tesnexus.com/imageshare/images/57416-1273230944.jpg. Maybe it has something to do with how it's implemented?

Hey, yeah! Povu, great image for the what I was hoping to be added into the game.

Now only if anyone could add it. I know my skills are never going to get the job done. I am mainly an idea person.

Any possible way to fiddle with light shafts? I could care less about that other junk. I liked the shafts. (no pun intended perverts >_<)

=)

Oh one more thought. Is FO3 compatible with ENBseries? I hated it because I could never get it working the way I wanted to. Just curious.

Nope, the OBGE sunshafts are just like the morrowind ones, the 'simulated sunshafts' in that screenshot are nothing like them.
