My first thought was that it may be caused by All Natural, so I uninstalled it using Wrye Bash.

But in other location it still seems odd as I watched some videos and it shouldn't be that bright (in options brightness is locked at 50): http://imgur.com/2cv1L8y

Any idea what may be causing this? I don't have a clue right now.
