Hello, I'm hoping somebody can help me. I started up Skyrim today and a lot of the bright lights were blindingly bright. The auroras glow to the point of not being able to see the sky, the daytime sky is a bright white sheet. Tochers and fireballs have no shape, and are just bright orange globs. I didn't change anything I'm aware of, and it hasn't always been like this. Any ideas?

PC vanilla or PC with mods?
