I'd like to play the game I paid for, please

I am apparently the victim of an uncommon, but reported bug. The bug causes my game to crash every single time I try to enter the Divide to play Lonesome Road. According to other posts on this very forum the cause of the bug is a corrupt file in the core game that causes the game to crash whenever certain DLC quests are completed(for me this means the game crashes as soon as I load into the Divide and 'The Reunion' completes). From what I've been able to find out, this has been going on for a while, with reports of the problem as far back as when Honest Hearts came out. So far the only suggestions to fix it are to verify the integrity of the game cache and/or reinstall the whole game. I have done both of those so many times I've lost count. Every time I verify the cache it finds the corrupt file and attempts to replace it. And replace it it does!...with the same corrupt file.

This bug seems to only effect a small minority of players, otherwise I think there would be a lot more outrage than there is. There has been no official word from the devs about this problem that I could find. This makes me think that since we are such a small minority they don't deem the bug worth fixing.

I'm not going to make demands, or threaten to sue(that thread made me laugh out loud), or anything like that. However, I am going to say this: if this issue is not resolved I will never buy another Fallout game or DLC again. I'll still play them, I just won't buy them. Why should I when I paid good money for a product that does not work? Seems like a fair trade to me.

I really enjoy New Vegas, and from everything I've read online Lonesome Road sounds like an awesome conclusion to the other DLC. But even though I paid $10 to play it, and actually have a copy of it on my computer, I cannot play it due to this bug.

Please, fix this bug. I enjoy the Fallout series and would love to throw more money at both Bethesda and Obsidian to keep making more. But why should I if my money only gets me a broken product?

Reinstall the game, or restart the DLC on a new playthrough and it may work, otherwise reinstall the DLC as well.

The Dev's gave dropped support for New Vegas and there won't be any further patches sorry to say.
