I'm making a massive mod.. I've posted it already many many months ago (http://www.gamesas.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=839684) (I have changed up alot and added tons so ask for details)

I'm now going to start it whether I get any takers to help me or not. However due to time and just the sheer size of the mod, I'm going to need a little help.. alot is wanted but nobody seems to want to. SO, heres a simple request that'll be fun for everyone who's willing to help.

I need anyone who wants to write books to add to the mod. I am going to have at least 100 new books minimum. Alot of these will have to do with what the mod adds (about the race, storyline, etc. etc.). Whether the book will be autobiography, story, added info, History book of the new race, Just a random fun story to read, etc. etc. I dont care Its up to you! I do this because everyone has their own way of writing. Also everyone likes to write different things, I want to reflect that no one author is the same by asking many people to contribute. If you want to do this for fun, of course your names will go down in the credits of helping and what you did. I'll also give you the needed info to write a good book/story etc. Just tell me what you want to write, or I can give you info about the mod so you can decide yourself. The book length does not matter either, get lazy or get creative its up to you. If you add to the world of morrowind something that wasnt there before I will add it in the mod (say a constellation that was no tthere before but one of the characters had that constellation).

Heres another fun twist to get more takers (hopefully). I do not have names of main characters (or sub characters for that matter). I have the WHOLE storyline planned out, how/where/when, just about everything will take place.. just not names. I did this for a reason.. YOU the storymaker gets to decide the names. *slight spoiler* If you decide to write about the Imperial Family general who was the backstabber, YOU get to decide the family name and the generals name since you'll be writing about that *end spoiler* Fun yes?

If you think you dont have the skill or writing ability to make up a story etc. Dont worry, I'll most likely use it anyway, since well not every author is great anyway!

If more than one person writes about a smilar event, I'll either A) Combine the two stories best attributes at the acceptence of both writers B: If one author doesnt want theirs combined with another I'll then choose one above the other depending on which one I feel covers the mod the best.

Again, please have fun with it if you decide to accept my request. (This does not mean to name the family Diddle and Dips, and the General Sir Dipstick, if you do this I will change the names)

I would love to help you out in making stories suited for races/storyline/etc. Just give me some information and I can do whatever you want.

I'll write something. You'll have to tell me what you've got done with the mod so far, though, so I know that this won't turn vaporware and make all my effort go to naught.

I'd gladly write a story or something, just pray tell what you've accomplished or what you wish to accomplish and I'm on board.

I'd be willing to give my hand to some informational books, random personal notes, whatever you want related to this, though I'd suggest leaving novels to more experienced story writers than myself if available.

I'd prefer doing random notes and documents, personally. I enjoy scribbling notes and thoughts from the point of view of another creature than myself more than writing novels, at least for things I don't know everything there is to know on (AKA something not involving my own characters).

I can help. I have a few ideas for both books and characters. One question. How long should each book be?

Would it be a problem that you have several people writing, are the books (in game) from the same or different authors because I know here on the forum everyone writes differently.

NO problem at all, In-fact that's what I"m looking for is Variety. Alot of the books in Morrowind are written by the same person event hough they used diff names for RP reasons.. I find those books are to similar in writing styles, this way I can get a nice variety, and it looks and sounds like they were actually written by different people.. because they were

I'll throw my hat into the ring.

How 'bout the tale of a man who's wife was bitten by a vampire? He couldn't bear to see her become a monster, but he couldn't bring himself to stake her, either. He locked her in the basemant, and asked around for possible cures to vampirism. Finding none, he returned home to find her waiting for him, a smirk on her face. She offered him the chance to become a vampire, and live forever with her.

He accepted. As she drew him close to bite him, she suddenly found herself with a wooden steak through her heart. As she crumbled to dust, he sadly explained that he loved her, and he'd give anything to spend eternity with her - but the pain of seeing her as a monster was just too much to bear.

The man then goes on to become one of the most prolific vampire hunters in the land, if only to stop more stories like his from being told...

I think I'll dip a mischevious finger into this bowl of oppurtunity... Whatever the hell that means.
