Makes total sense but I have to ask the question as limbs did take damage in PA in FO 3 and F:NV. I am playing a high INT, melee/ heavy gunner and I took Nuclear Physassist. It is very it is very easy for me to stay In PA as I have 2/3 of this perk and will have 3/3. I also use a Gatling Laser to if I didn't use this perk I would be eating cores. Anyway I was going to take Admentine Skeleton but my Limbs take very little damage if at all. Ever. Again I am 24/7 in PA at this point.

I would leave that perk alone, and go for something more beneficial. I barely wear my PA because I like to stay.. how to say... Human-like, and not robot-like.. I hardly ever have a problem with limb damage, not to mention stimpaks are super abundant if you are a thorough scavenger, such as myself. I have well over 250 of them. Playing on 1 difficulty down from Survivor mode. I don't have the game turned on, so not sure if it's hard mode, veteran mode, or very hard mode.

Well the power armor get damage, I think your limps are ok as your PA doesn't break, if it get to break then you will be easily crimped/ Killed.
