Limited Code fix for me.

hello.

I have fixed my issues with redeem code page.

Login like always http://www.gamesas.com/redeemcode/ it will say you need to be logged.
logout
create new account ( you will be logged on now with new login )
go to http://www.gamesas.com/redeemcode/
logout
Change / open browser now to IE / FF ( didnt check that, but it can work...so bonus code dont go to new created account )
go to http://www.gamesas.com/redeemcode/ again and login with ur "old" login / mail. ( i was used mail as login )

I have redeemed key after 3 days of trying.

log in to new made account in game. I did must the same, as i can see even when i loged out, bonus code went to new account. But its ok. I have deleted old account and playing on new on lvl 5.

I managed to apply my code to my gamesas account back on the 25th and I can see it listed on the Purchase History page and I also recieved an email confirming that it had been applied.

But despite logging into C2 MP using the same Username and Password as on gamesas I simply don't see the bonuses.

Has anyone got any ideas how to get around that (creating a new account won't work as the promotion code has been logged as being applied) ?

Try delete ur game profile ifs below lvl 5, create new one go to gamesas in game and login to account with bonus.

Excellent... worked for me as well. But you MUST login with the new account on the redeemcode page and logout for it to work. Loggin in on the main page and logging out before going to the redeemcode page doesn't work.

Anyways... good job. CRYTEK... this should help you trace the problem. ;)

PS: note that besides the welcome email for the new account, I now also got one for my account that I've had for years, along with the purchase confirmation email. Bit of a late welcome, but I'll take it :D

Don't know about that. This 'limited' fix is only for those that couldn't even get the redeem-code field to show up. I'll start the game up now, to see if the content is actually there now. brb

I also updated first post by adding one step. Changing browser at last logout, did'nt check that...but it should resolve issue, so bonus code don't go to new account.

Another solution that may help:

Go to gamespy.com and ea.com and change the email address for each account to a different address than what you used for gamesas.com

That is what worked for me. YMMV.

(that is something the Cookie guy above should realize. There's a number of things that could cause issues)

I managed to type in the code (finally), but now I'm not recieveing the ingame content. I also read that some people got an email after typing in the code, well I didn't get that either. Tried reentering, but it said I already own the items for this code.

what i did was:
make new account ingame
login to gamesas with that account and redeem code (outside of game)

then everything works.
