limited edition bonus content

does somebody know how i can get the bonus content ( ich have the limited edition )
where should i enter the code, which is given at the back of the handbook ?

please help me :)

Go to the PSN Store, there at the top is a button for promo-codes. Click that, enter the code, download the 100kb unlock, done.
