It depends where you purchased but with that late asking, I assume it's the retail-version. So, it should be a piece of paper within the box. You got two keys there, the shorter one is the one you need.

To enable the code, you just go into the game, go to "my crysis account" or something like that within the MP-tab, click there on "Redeem code" and wait a moment. Then your default browser opens on gamesas.com on the required page - you log in with your account, type in the code and you're done.

Sounds more complicated than it is.

Open gamesas site from in-game under the redeem tab, once on the site, sign in THEN do this >>

Right click on the big window where it says enter your redeem code, select 'this frame', then select 'show only this frame', THEN enter your code.
