Limited Edition (FULL RUS) : Crysis

I bought Crysis 2 Limited edition(PS3) But...Looks like online game is without any "limited" bonuses!
Im started on lvl 1(on limited ed. lvl 5 at start)
Any help how to get this "Bonuses"?
Im have a photo of box.
