Limited Edition, log in, no place to put in my number!

Post » Wed Nov 10, 2010 12:57 am

Anyone know what to do?
I go to http://www.crysis.com/limitededition.
I sign in, and the box still says that I need to sign in to put in my number???
I'm already signed in! I've tried different browsers, clearing cooking, cache, etc.
Help me!

ok so open your game box. and look in their you shoudl see a single peace of paper with CRYSIS 2 on it and number at the bottom. now i dont know what platform you have this game on but. with PS3 you sign into psn network then go into playstation store. and at the top of that window is a box asking for promo code. enter your code their and boom you get your bonus

I was having this problem, and couldnt fix it.
While crytek suggests deleting cookies, it wasnt working. What did it for me was just using a fresh browser, since i never used IE, i tried on it and it worked. My suggestion is to use a fresh browser, if you use IE download Firefox or Chorme (and use it, IE svcks ;p).

I tried several browsers.
In the end I had to log in, change my password, log out, and then log back in. Then it worked...?
No clue why but maybe it will help someone else.

well if it finally worked then thats good, but in future reference since you rock mainly pc gaming. always find a contact number for the main developers and get ahold of one their tech support geeks and they make **** work for you every time.
