List of all Evidence Chests and where to find them! : III

We need to collect a list of all the Evidence Chests in Morrowind!

I've gone all over to find the loot that must have gotten confiscated, but I can't find it in any of the Chests I've been to.

Will modded items show up in the chests?

Yes, modded items work the same. (if they have Ownership)
