I don't have any suggestions but I am glad you took the time to make a list.
I have looked for something similar to ESIV's BT mod for a long time now and have been surprised at the lack of mods in this area!~

This is the crosshair pack I used with Oblivion. I'm not sure if these could be used with Morrowind. They are all TGA files.

A set of recolored "Swiss Knife" icons based upon the official Construction Set icon, recolored for the various Morrowind utilities (for example: TESAME, Morrowind List Merger, the Morrowind Interactive Map) to use for your desktop. Icon recolored in blue, green, yellow, pink, & aqua.

I simply extracted a bunch of icons that Morrowind Programs use into .ico format, and created 2 new ones. These are not icons for the data files icons folder, but for shortcuts on your Windows desktop, etc.

The link to OrlopRat's Splash Screens doesn't work, I think the mod was removed.

Bump, added a couple more from the posts I missed. Thanks Starwarsguy and Afroking.

I'm going to add UI mods from Third Party programs next. But surely some more regular UI mods have been added since I've been gone? :wink_smile:

There is another UI mod by Sir Bob called http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=6147 - sort of tries to give the menus that same paper-esque feel as Oblivion had.
