The game should start you off at level 50 and decrease your skills as you go. Eventually, once you've decreased enough skills, you earn the ability to "Level Down." Decreasing your lowest level skills causes you to Level Down even faster.

But noooo... We have to deal with this stupid Level Up system.

XD I knew one of these guys would come along. Just a matter of time. I've had like 3 or 4 mods look at this thread expecting to shut it down but they always leave. I wish one of them would post in it. :sadvaultboy:
