Because people are too polite to mention it, that's why.

However, when I accidentally walked through Solitude in my underwear (because making the "take" button act as an "equip" button in one half of the container menu - rather than, say, "store" - could never lead to annoying mis-clicks, oh no), one of the kids playing tag was highly amused and shouted "Naked naked naked!" I'm sure his parents were ashamed at his lack of discretion.

Why do the seasons not change despite the passage of time ?

Skyrim seasons are just more subtle that elsewhere. It takes a true Nord to appreciate the gentle rhythm of "winter", "deep winter", "fimbulwinter", "pre-winter", and once again back to good old "winter".

Don't worry! There are modders hard at work, removing this completely optional mechanism, that nobody has ever been forced to use.

Why is it so hard to get human flesh and human hearts? Shouldn't at least all the human bandits drop that as loot?

Why isn't there a Drunken Master Perk? There is pleanty of booze lying around.

How come my Nord Male is shorter than everyone except children? Seriously, it looks like he is at least a foot shorter than everyone else to include other Nords. Hmmm maybe he is really a dwarf. He does swing a pick a lot, lusts for gold and gems, drinks lots of mead and ale, has a beard, and loves axes. Now if I can get him to sing "Hi Ho Hi Ho It's Off To Work I Go".

I wouldn't be surprised if there are complaints like:

Why are there no guns?

Why is there no multi player so that me can go big boom boom with big guns and scream down a mic like an idiot?

Why are there no grenades?

Why can I explore? I want narrow restrictions because free roaming in a game makes my brain go pop!

What is the big lizard that kills me? I need guns to kill it!

Why is there no hand holding? I can't play without having my hand held all the way through, thinking for myself is painful.

If those complaints appeared I wouldn't be surprised.

There are birds. If you read the memorable complaints list you would see that someone posted a complaint about how birds cast large shadows over you sometimes while you are in a city and you mistake it for a dragon.
