List of non-English mods

Due to lingual differences, modifications made and expressed in non-English language might not garner attention as much as their English counterpart. The List of Non-English mods contain the list of modifications with in-game text, manual, description, and related transcript solely in non-English language. Modifications which have been translated, or which the author(s) stated will be translated, are not included. If there are English translations available for the following mods, or something you know more, do not hesitate to let me know!

The list of those modifications are separated into two main category, released modifications (with sub-category of translated mods) and unreleased (work-in-progress). In addition, to speed the search for modifications in particular language, I added different text colors for each different languages.

Additionally, if you aren't familiar with the languages and want to understand more about the description, the use of http://translate.google.com/translate_t is recommended, it's not perfect but at least it should give you the basic idea of the mod.

I think it's in a new worldspace, i'll check the mod out ingame when I've got the time.

edit:

Since most of this plug in their own World Space is located, and was inserted only in the Mages Guild in Chorrol, a new NPC, should Adash with all other plug-ins usually run without major problems.

Yes, you are right. The best quest mods are from germans, just look at Integration, Ivellon, Blood & Mud, etc...

Maybe I should install my old german Oblivion copy again, but I hate it, because the voices are awful.

We have Simyaz!! Remember?....Tears of the Fiend, Malevolent, Ruined-Tail's Tale!

If you ask me all the communites have modders good in particular areas. It balances out nicely.

If you ask me all the communites have modders good in particular areas. It balances out nicely.


This was just an example. And yes, I remember Simyaz mods. RTT and Tears of the Fiend are a part of my base install.

Really? I barely able to read Cyrillic letters or understand Russian language. It seems the mod is Russian exclusive.

Also, Der Orden des Drachen is supposedly take place after the Oblivion main quest is finished, correct? Is it going to change the appearance of Imperial City and Cyrodiil too (at least that's what I know from the screenshots) ?

i dont think it changes much in the original game but takes place in a totally new worldspace, the authors are keeping most of the plot a secret.

The Order Fortress is located in the Jeral Mountains. The Imperial Navy is located at the estuary of the river Brena into the Abecean Sea and the enclaves are all scattered around Cyrodiil.

I just finished last week "the Fight for Castle Ravenpride" - which is translated to English and the voice acting was great btw - and I found that the storyline was superb. I was caught up into the story and, just like reading a book, found myself wondering about the intentions of the lead NPC. While I won't spoil it for anyone who hasn't played it, it was beautifully done.

I am about to start Blood and Mud and found that I really like the voice acting of the French girls that start at the beginning of the quest. I believe both are German mods as well and thankfully were translated.

Most of the story of Der Orden des Drachen will take place in Cyrodiil, but we also have several other locations. The Imperial City won't be overhauled by a whole, we only altered the Palace and the Temple District.

Our goal is to continue the main quest and to answer the emperor question. There'll be many hours of gameplay, a fully functional/voiced desert and many quests.
Unfortunately I doubt that there'll be a translation by ourselves. We need all of our strength to finish this beast we're working on for nearly three years now.

By the way, thank you for mentioning us in your list. :)

I should thanks you and the modders also, I'm just compiling the list of interesting mods in non-English after all. :hehe:
