A list of overhaul mods

Post » Fri Jun 22, 2012 8:58 pm

In my search for the good overhaul mod that can be used as a base for a hardcoe version of Oblivion, I've come across plenty of mods that I bookmarked or store somewhere for later use. However I have misplaced those mods and I am having a great problem in finding them. I have forgotten their names so I can't search for them freely and I've searched on regular websites and I had no luck. I was hoping that some of you people could help me.
So far I've tried out OOO, MMM, Fran's, Modular Oblivion Enhanced, TIE, FCOM, Oblivion Warcry . I hope I'll be able to make a list from the mods you post here.

You want to look at the 'http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/820948-scaling-overhaul-comparison/' thread. I would also suggest checking out "http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1145321-relz-johns-leveled-list-overhaul/" to go along with it.

There's also Warcry: New Dimension, which is different from the Warcry version that is usually packaged with FCOM. It's pretty intense in some areas.

Unlike other "overhauls" that also add a lot of stuff to the game, this one does exactly what it should - overhaules Oblivion. Nothing more, nothing less.
Designed for levels up to 20-25 (easy to control with nGCD or OblivionXP).

http://waalx.com/RealSwordsForum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=280 (Waalx Animals and Creatures) - is I think the last of the big overhauls not listed on the scaling overhaul comparison along with New Dimensions.

If you are going to make a list - please consider expanding on what information is offered in the Scaling overhaul comparison, so as not to make it so that more than one list has to be referenced.

For instance both WAC and OWCND are unleveled like TIE is.

WAC is completely additive and attempts to not address any vanilla creatures or loot - only adding to vanilla. On the other hand OWCND overhauls vanilla leveled list extensively and replaces all vanilla weapons.
