I know there are tons of threads out there JUST like this one, but I like to think as mine a little different. I modded the hell out of my Oblivion about a year and a half ago, every type of mod except any overhauls. Armor, weapons, quest, areas, graphics, environments, and etc. I was hoping some of my fellow forum peeps could post a list of the new mods that have come out that don't include overhauls, I'm scared to touch these. I wish I could pinpoint a time period based on RELZ mods when I left Oblivion, but I can't. So if you guys could please make short lists of your favorite recent mods that would be MUCH appreciated. Even include older mods that I could have forgotten about. I don't expect large lists, because I like to keep my game fairly clean to avoid CTD.

There are a lot of great new mods out. Why not just go through TESNexus' recent updates? I do that whenever I get back from school, all three or six months of them. If I had to mention one... OBGE Liquid Water (for OBGE v3).
