I'm wondering what the technological buildings/places are in new vegas, these are places like REPCONN HQ, the REPCONN test site, Helios One etc. Can anyone else think of some that I haven't listed?

Old World Blues as a whole, Hidden Valley, the Lucky 38, the vault under the Fort.

Camp McCarran has a tiny, little lab. Then not to mention the place the scientists send you to... Vault 22! A big ol' lab of plants.
