Lithian here, I made this threat for who ever wish's to discuss things about my mod, such as bug's, ideas, dislikes, likes and future plans for update's.

Generally the mods pretty damn fine as-is, i personaly love the traditional vampire experience it provides. THe only question i had was, if it's possivle, have you ever considered replacing the power-choosing menu with differet hotkeys, ie one for each power? i only ask because the menu itself is a tad immersion breaking.

As for making the hunters immune, how would you explain this in terms of immersion? would there be a reason, such as a holy blessing or relic that blocked vampiric powers?

Other than that, thanks for the brilliant mod.

That's worth giving thought to, The hot key thing that is. I'm still working on the hunters but what i have now is something like a mass debuff on the player, at lest that's what i want it to feel like (that's why the hunters get harder to kill).

OK, here I am again:) As you said on tesnexus I gonna list all the ideas here, ok?

1. Add vampire hunters
2. Add vampire hunter tools, such as; Wooden Stake, Silver Stake, Holy Water and Crucifix, possilbe off-hander(like a shiled)when the player click right mouse or sometihng and show the crucifix for the vampire, the vampire burst in to flames(start burning until the crucifx is unsheathed and when the vamprie got like 25% hp left he/she burst in to flames as usally.
3. Bug fix, sometimes it doesnt work to release the victem from hypnosiz.
4. Remove the essential on the controlled npc(human shield^^)
5. Add some sort of reanimation spell so I cna have some fun with my food;)
6. Let the npc vampires burst in to flames when they die(dont give them the tranforming powers though^^)
7. Add a spell that charms the target to find a bed as quick as possible.
8. Make it possible to spread the vampire disease to non-essential npcs. The player will get a chose when they feed like; "Do you want to make these life form to a hunter of the night?" and "normal feeding on the target"
9. Make so the vampires gets stronger when feeding and not weaker as normal vampirism.
10. OK, I dont know if this is possilbe but feed on awaken npcs, Ex whne you are in sneak mode you can press some kind of button and come from behind(diffreant animations for male and female vampires) Like the PC game; Vamprie The masquerade Bloodlines;)
11. Make the last vampire stat more monster looking, remove the vampire age (I prefer good looking female vampries then a dead looking old lady^^) add black makeup for the female vampires (just a cool thingy) add more white/gray skin tone both in human form and vampire form

far as i see too many isssues with other mods that would fit betterin to his stand alone overhaul rather then this mod. there is a Set Essentail mod that works fine and some feetures would conflict with some great vampire mods like CDM Vampirism of Scorns or Terran. the compatibility was the whole point of the origenal remake. though i like the vampire hunters being a sepret mod though though maybe instead of a crucifix make it so mthing lore friendly like a Symbol of Arky and personally i thinkt he toggle Holy Ground damege should stay its all ab out player choice. not all or none some players lik3e me like tohave it in and just avoid chapels. others dont like it and just turn it off

I fail tosee why giving NPC vampires transforming powers could be a bad thing. As far as immersion/the vampire experience goes, i'd love to fight proper, old fasioned style transforming vampires.

A quick question on compatiility; do reversal mods such as those that increase power with age and feeding rather than with starvation, prevent access to the transformation powerS? this might be something you want to consider if your going for the traditional experience.

In fact i have been given thought to giving the npc's the powers but in a different mod called something like " Lithian's Vampire's of lore " or something like that lol, which would be made to work with my powers mod and even make it were vampirism works like it should ( Having to feed ). Btw Tnu is right about this part (if you will) of the mod, it is made to be compatible with other vampire mods. As for the " turn off holy ground effect" option that just may become a cheat (I want the player to know that this is a cheat and there by enabling it like a cheat) in fact the "Turn off Conceal Nature's sun damage" option just may become a cheat as well. theses are things i need to think about some more.

in my oention th e y'r less cheat and more appe3aling to diffrent styles of play as a vampire. like CDM's vampiremod has a Dracula mode that disables sun damege and replaces it with a silence effect during the day time and it makes its holy gorund damege and garlic allergy effects optional as well. which allow it to have greater appeal though giving the player mo re choice in what kind of vampire to play. like i said I personally play with Holy gorund damege, Dracula mode (silence instead of sun damege as it was in the novel) and garlic allergy as well as the Holy Ground Damege from your mod enabled to make it perticulaerly dangrous to walk in to a chapel. o h yeah and i turn o n CDM's water vulnerability (simulate vampires inability to cross water unless at slack or flood of the tide. but someone e lse may want to play it diffrently see what i'm saying?

I just thought, hey why not make a vampiric "monster form" like those in the Van Helsing movie? That should be really cool;) Male characrters = got Count Draculas vampire form, while thew female characters got the Vampire brides vampire form(s). For the females you can still see their hair colour, depends on the main characters hair colour and for the male ones it doesn't matter.

The stats; Can only transform while it's dark and full feeded, becasue while in form you get like 50 sun dmg and 50% weakness to fire. Boosted hand to hand skill, boosted strength, boosted speed, boosted agility, drain personality with... well alot:O, guards attack on sight, villagers runs away from an dreadful faith, give the ability to fly with animated wings;) boosted acrobatics and completely silenced while in monster form. Maybe you people can come with some more stuff such as special abilities weaknesses etc;) And please replay and say if this is even possible to create:P

PS this mod can be or even is the best vampirism mod out on the net;D Thanks alot mate

have to admit that would be a nice feetu re to appeal to fans of the Orlok type vampires as well another alternet feeding anim thats how can I say.... Brutal. like scraping the flesh off and laping the blood like a vampire bat would. this ofcorse would be optional

Wow I was thinking of making a vampire mod that has much of what you have done, so maybe I'll just spew out my ideas and hope you can consider implementing them.

NPC's waking up when feeding on them, (mentioned above) or possibly dying, see below.

I don't know if your mod has various vampire starvation stages, etc, but most oblivion vamp mods do. It would be cool if you had to feed once to reduce your craving by 1. So if you are at level 4 starvation, you would have to feed 4 times to get back to fully fed. Now if you did this on ONE target, they would definitely die after 2-3 feedings, or wake up screaming, etc. This could alert guards and make feeding more of an art of stealth or seduction.

Also I think each time you feed on a person they should get a token placed or whatever so that if you feed on them 3 nights in a row they might die from blood loss, and then perhaps you have a small window of time to revive them as a vampire, who would then follow you like a companion.

The player would no longer be able to just keep feeding on the same bum or someone in the mages guild, etc without raising suspicions or killing people, etc. The vampire would have to be on the move and stealthy, at least in the beginning until they can acquire cattle to feed on, etc.

I think if sun damage is great enough, it should make the player on fire and make the vampire hissing sound.

I like extra buffs during evening hours.

I'm not a fan of daywalking mods, I think a vampire should be confined to darkness, but as a higher level vampire, I believe dracula could walk in the daylight, but he was much weaker. Perhaps make it so you are weaker than a normal human with drains on all your attributes during day hours or if you are outside.

If you need any help, I have 13 years professional game development experience, (and modded before that) and can model, texture, animate, create sounds, voice acting, quests, etc. PM me if interested, I've been wanting to get back into some kind of modding. I can script a bit, but nothing like you can, I'd rather focus on content creation :)

Just ideas, I have lots more, but I'll save them if you are interested :) Your mod sounds great I'll be trying it out!

Love the idea about not being able to feed on the same " bum " lol ever time at lest not with in 3 to 4 days, but as for the starvation stages idea i can't use because it would lower the compatible of the mod. One of the main things I'm trying to keep with this mod is compatible but other than that good idea's none the less ^^.

yeah this is not made as a stand alone vampirism mod it is meant to be used with other vampirism mods and to get technical Draculas weakness had more to do with the time of day then direct exposure to sunlight and with o see any nocturnal animals in real life buring in the sunlight?

Good work. IMHO this mod is realy the best...

P.S sorry for my bad English, i'm a Russian.

So...here is my thoughts about something to improve\add:

1st - "On/Off Lithian's global vampiric settings 25v - 100v" - when activ. this one, I think you should get atrib\skill bonuses like 25%vamp.=100%, 50%=75%, 75%=50%, 100%=25%, but weaknesses such as Resist to Fire at 100%vamp must be not 50% but maybe 60 or 75.For Example: 25%vamp. atributes\skill bonuses=100%v(-50%FR), 50%vamp=75%v(-60%FR), 75%v=50%(-70%FR) and 100%v=25%v(-75%FR) and maybe sunlight damage 10p\s).And about sunlight damage...I think would be better if you add sunlight damage to all this stages of vampirism...much more realistic. P.S ...it's just strange to have abilities such a "Vampire Rush\Strength" without a sunlight damage and increased vamp. bonuses, and what the point of getting last vamp. stage bonuses without abilities of your mod=\

2nd - Vampires a known for their speed\reflex but ingame even increased athletics\acrobatics\speed\agility didn't realy do anything for such advantage. So... how about to add ability for 3-5sec. like "SlowMo" which will affect every one of course(like your Vamp. Rush)...except you;)

3rd - "Vampiric Strength (VS) : ...and have a 25% chance of sending your victims flying across the night sky." ...about that distance. Don't you think it's too much?) maybe decreasing it a little would be for better and more realistic?

4th - How about to add "Cooldown" around 15-30sec. for this abilities?...if it's possible of course=\

I always wanted to play this mod as it looks great. Unfortunately I am not a vampire and don't really want to play as one because of the down sides. Maybe you could do something similar for non-vampires perhaps by joining a sect of mages or something.

to brad ford: To tell you the truth i was working on a Vampire Hunter "sect" in the very beginning , But i seen that i was taking on to much at the time and have decided to just make them a little group that attacks the player ever so often. If and when I'm done with the vampires i plan on going back and making the Vampire Hunters something more. Just thought i would share that little bit of info with ya bud ^^.

Hello. Great Mod! Gave you a thumbs up.

Since then, I found a very minor bug that I'm not sure if you're aware of. If this has been reported, disregard.
I used the "Peer into my eyes" dialog on NPC's, then released them. Then later when I returned to the same area,
any NPC's that I've previously charmed/ and released come running to me and will not stop following me.
(So I currently have 4 stalkers following me anywhere I go.) There is none of your dialog available with
any of them after that either. ie: "I release you" etc. So I was stuck with them. They even ignored my dropping Conceal Nature.
Didn't bother them at all. A clean save and reload of your mod solved it, and the stalkers left me alone after that.
For now Im not using the "peer into my eyes" option.

Anyway, definitely not a big problem for me, and the other awesome features have been working great for me. Lots of fun to be a
"real" vampire finally. Great job. Please keep up the good work.

One other question..Is it possible to get companions to ignore that I'm a vampire and not run away when Conceal Nature is off? I mean, a good companion should be able to accept you even if you do feed on them once in a while when they sleep.

Hi, i have a problem or a mistake in your mod, i have deadly reflex as well, and ive set the deadly reflex combat move to V button, is there any way to set your mod's hotkey???? because ive disabled deadly reflex and went in game and then pressed V but nothing happened so i decided to post on here oh and i have OBSEv17
