A little help.......A little more. : Fallout 3

Ok, so I'm trying to make a quest/worldspace adventure to fallout 3, but I can't seem to find any good help or guides to scripting and whatnot. So if anyone can help I will be gladly to accept.

By the way the worldspace is based in Cincinnati.

Try Googleing "Fallout 3 new worldspace" or something similar. I did it and found http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SyL2matGIzs.
