Little moments that just make the game shine.

I walk into my Whiterun house with an Orc follower. I pack some dragon bones and scales away, arrange the new powerful weapons I got on the weapons stand, make a few potions. I pack away my books (yes, my character collects books in-game). I even sort through my stolen potions collection (I haven't gotten the perk that allows for stolen goods to be sold, yet).

All the while, my Orc follower is following me around the house.

I walk into the bedroom and Lydia, from her little chair in the corner by the door, in the shadows, says, 'Can I do something for you, my thane?' as my Orc follower walks in behind me.

I feel so guilty.

I know.... right? I just pretend that I have given her a few days off. I don't feel as guilty afterward.

Hmmm. While Lydia is my wife, and follower, there have been a couple times I would have liked to take Aranea into a couple dungeons. Don't get me wrong--I love my wife dearly, but there are times when a different set of skills may be handy. I've asked Lydia to stay home, and then went to ask another to follow me. The response I get, is "You already have a follower". Did my funky eyeballs miss something? I'd like to be able to take another follower on certain trips.
