Little race dilemma

Post » Sat Dec 17, 2011 11:21 am

Hey all.

I've made a nord and a couple of other characters but I still can't settle down on a perfect char I'd spend at least hundred hours on.

My playstyle is melee, and I've already tried a 2hander Orc and a Assassin Dark Elf. Now I want to try either a dual wield warrior or a sword and board warrior.

One dilemma is this though: I'm REALLY sensitive about lore, therefore racial choice means alot to me to fit my desired playstyle. For example, I love how High Elves look, but they aren't made to be warriors. Therefore I don't play one.

What race should I choose? Could anyone help?

dual wielding orcs are ****ing badass and fit the lore (if you go for heavy armor)

or redguards, but those one are more sword+shield style in my opinion

All races got all classes, even the lore states that.
The Dunmer are famed for their Spellswords, just like the Orsimer are famed for their warriors.
But there are Orc mages and Dunmer Warriors.

But, to answer your question...
Dual wield you say? I think of Elves and Rogues with two swords, and Orcs if it is two axes.
My Dunmer Assassin.dual wields.

Orc, IMO they are simply the best warriors (svck it Redguards :P). They are versatile on the battlefield and they are praised by all as great warriors. Plus I love their lore and the fact that they gained respect from the other races based on their combat prowess
