I can't vote in your poll, because all my opinions aren't there. But I can answer
Negotiations - Liked it. I like that there are different ways to approach the Civil war.
Open ending in cw questline - What do you mean by open? Thought it ended just fine. The only things that bug me, are the essential generals, and that Elisif disappears if you play Stormcloak, which breaks the whole Bards' college questline if I want to start that after civil war. I'm normally for choices and consequences, but that's just bad. Elisif is still the jarl of Solitude and should be available after the civil war.
Cidhna mine - one of the better quests.
Daedric artifacts and Dragonpriest masks - the masks are fine (though ugly
). The artifacts are underpowered yes. Some of the quests are great, other are annoying, not because the quests themselves are bad, but because of the forced elements - like I have to do Clavicus Vile's quest if I want to shop from the blacksmith in Falkreath
I exit conversation whenever the guards ask me about a dog... And so I get asked about the damn dog whenever I pass by a guard in Falkreath!
Shadowmere - Horse looks good, but why the sixchange? Seems someone doesn't know their lore.
Aetherium Forge - Haven't done the quest.
Forgotten Vale/Soul Cairn - Haven't done.
Hearthfire - Build your own home, huh? No, I'm "building" a prefab home! And what customizing? And the object placement mechanics
If I want to build a home, the creation kit is a lot better.
Dragon aspect - haven't tried, but looks silly on the pictures.
Bend will - haven't tried, so no opinion.
